At Derbyshire Community Bank, we’re committed to listening to our members – and your recent response to our Bus Travel Survey has been incredible. Over 600 Members visited the survey, and 207 members completed it, sharing valuable insights into the real cost of getting around Derby and Derbyshire. We’re over the moon with the feedback we have got from this survey! Thanks to everyone who took the time to complete it.
We launched the survey to understand how public transport affects our members’ everyday lives. We know that bus prices are rising, and for many people, that’s making it harder to get to work, see family, or do the weekly shop. Transport should never be a barrier – and we want to change that.
