To All Valued Members,
Firstly, we hope you, your family and friends are keeping well and are safe!
We wanted to email you to let you know, that during the ongoing issues surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are still FULLY operational!
This means that we are still processing loans, setting up savings accounts and dealing with any general enquiries you have, all from the safety of our home.
We have put the safety of you our members and staff at the forefront of what we do and as a result have decided to keep the Derby branch closed from public access.
However, Ilkeston branch remains open but at altered opening hours, of every Friday between 10am and 12pm. Please only use where you have no other alternative available to access your cash.
**EXCITING NEWS: We are currently in the process of setting up our agreements electronically so that you will eventually no longer have to sign via paper means. This is still a work in progress and an update will be sent in the near future once we have confirmation of this going live, WATCH THIS SPACE!**
As a gentle reminder, all loan agreements will be posted to your home address and all post is collected from our Derby branch 2-3 times a week. So please feel free to post any agreements or letters you may wish us to review through our Derby or Ilkeston letterbox.
As we are working from home, this means we do not have the facility to take in house calls, that being said you can email us on: email@example.com or message us on Facebook @DerbyshireCB
We thank you for your perseverance and patience during this difficult time and want to assure you that we strive to continue to service you our members to the best of our ability, at all times.
Should you have any questions or queries regarding our services, or your account, please feel free to contact us on the email shown above or write to us at: Derbyshire Community Bank, 38 Cornmarket, Derby, DE1 2DG.
Best Wishes & Take Care!
