How it works

Withdrawing from your Share Account is simple:

• Log in to the Derbyshire Community Bank app
• Select your Share Account
• Tap “Withdraw”
• Choose your bank account (or add a new one)
• Enter the amount
• Review and confirm your transfer

Important things to know

Before making a withdrawal, please keep in mind:

• You can only withdraw to a bank account in your own name
• Withdrawals are processed in the morning or afternoon on business days (Monday to Friday)
