We were delighted to recently welcome Paul Cooper to our Derby office for an extremely positive and productive meeting focused on strengthening our ongoing collaboration with Derbyshire County Council.
Our partnership continues to grow from strength to strength, with a shared focus on supporting council employees and ensuring they have access to valuable financial wellbeing opportunities through our Salary Saver Scheme. Meetings like these are incredibly important, as they allow us to openly discuss how we can improve the experience for both existing and future members while continuing to expand awareness across the council.
During the visit, we explored a number of key areas, including ways to improve member engagement, simplify communication, and streamline the joining process for new applicants. By working closely together, we can better understand the needs of council employees and ensure the support available is both accessible and beneficial.
A major part of the discussion also centred around the fantastic work being done behind the scenes to help members through the application process.
