If you’ve forgotten your membership number, don’t worry, we can help!
Check past documents or emails – When you first joined Derbyshire Community Bank, we’ll have sent you a welcome email or letter that includes your membership number.
Printed letters – If you’ve received any letters from us by post (such as loan confirmations, statements, or AGM invitations), your membership number is usually included at the top.
Mobile App – Your Member Number will also be on your Mobile App. If you have forgotten your password click here
Marketing materials – If you’ve received any online emails that mention your account, your membership number might be shown there.
Still can’t find it? – No problem! Just email us at info@dcbank.org.uk with your full name, mobile number, address and any other details you can provide and we’ll help you retrieve your number securely.
