What Happened?

There was a small financial loss in this financial year. The board recommended that we did not pay a dividend this year, which was approved by the meeting.

Two of our board, Simon Haslam and Pat Butler, were both re-elected to serve another term as volunteer directors.

We concluded with a Special General Meeting (SGM) to consider and vote on the proposal to increase the size of our common bond to include Nottinghamshire, Nottingham City, east of Staffordshire and some other surrounding areas. The meeting approved this, so we will now seek regulator approval for this change to our rules. Find out more about how DCBank wants to extend our reach.
