I have been a member of the Derbyshire Community bank for a few years now. I have always had a positive experience. All the staff work very hard and are very understanding friendly and helpful. The loan application process is very easy to understand & efficient. They process it very quickly and communication by email is very easy. I like that when you apply and are approved you e sign your document online. I also like that when repaying the loan you also get to save £12 every month in your saver account. Extremely happy with my experience with DCB. Can’t thank them enough for all the help I have received over the years. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to all at DCB
