Our AGM was held on Wednesday 19th March 2025. We’re pleased to announce a 2% dividend for our members, as agreed at the AGM 2025. The dividend has been paid.

As a member-owned organisation, eligible members may receive a dividend payment as part of our annual financial distribution. However, if you wish to opt out of receiving your dividend, we now offer the option to waive your dividend payment.

Your generous decision directly impacts the people and initiatives that make Derbyshire a better place for all.
