Arriva - Derbyshire Community Bank

If you’re a regular Arriva bus user and a Derbyshire Community Bank member, you can now get money off your monthly bus travel – making your everyday journeys more affordable.

This discount is available as part of a pilot scheme running until 31st March 2026, delivered in partnership with Arriva, Travel Derbyshire, and Derbyshire County Council, with funding from the UK Government’s Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP).

Sign up for a discounted Arriva ticket by 30th September 2025, and you’ll be entered into a prize draw. One lucky member will win a free month’s travel – it’s that simple.

Next Steps to Applying for a discounted Bus Ticket

A few key points before you get started

You can choose either to pay by direct debit on either the 1^st or the 15^th of the month. Please note that the nearest direct debit date will be the default option available to choose.
Registration must be completed at least 10 days prior to either date.
You will be paying for a rolling monthly ticket that will continue to rollover every month until you decide to cancel your monthly Direct Debit.
No tickets will be processed until we receive confirmation your payment has been collected.
