Your eligible deposits with Derbyshire Community Bank are protected up to £120,000 from 30th November 2025 by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), the UK’s deposit guarantee scheme. This is an increase from the previous FSCS limit of £85,000.
This means that should Derbyshire Community Bank go out of business, your savings are paid back to you from the FSCS. This is an independent scheme, set up by the UK government and provides protection for consumers.
